Girls EDP
The Girls Elite Development Program is for players in age groups U8 to U18 who represent APIA Leichhardt Women’s FC.
Trial dates will be advised via email to registered players in due course and published on our APIA Leichhardt Juniors Facebook page.
Overview
The Girls Elite Development Program (GEDP) delivers a high-performance football education for players aged U8 to U18. Built on the exact curriculum and tactical principles of our renowned Girls SAP (GSAP) program, GEDP teams represent APIA Leichhardt Women’s FC in competitive Sunday matches in the Football Canterbury (CDSFA) competition.
Led by accredited A, B, and C License coaches – including former A-League Women, National Team, and NPL players – the program instills APIA’s signature style: Fast, Possession-Based, Attacking Football.
With a focus on early technical mastery, the GEDP serves as our primary internal pipeline, preparing players to advance directly into GSAP, NPL1 Youth, and Senior First Team Football.
